- Beneficiaries will be asked to send a letter of acknowledgement on receipt of the grant for auditing purposes, within two weeks of the grant being received.
- A final report on all grants given is required. Successful applicants will receive a link to an online reporting form, which they will be required to complete and submit.
- If you have received funding over multiple years, payment of each annual instalment is conditional on receipt of a satisfactory report of the previous year. You will receive a link to an online reporting form, which you will be required to complete and submit.
- Please note that if we do not receive a receipt or a report from recipients in due course, this may impact their future applications to the Trust.
