The Radcliffe Trust continues to support the heritage and crafts sector in the UK. We appreciate that these are difficult times and that there are significant changes in the world due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Creative works will be affected, for example in the way they are created or how they are delivered.
Applications in the foreseeable future must be able to demonstrate that they can be successfully delivered within the prevailing government safety guidelines. We very much hope that in responding to these challenges, creative organisations will succeed in finding new opportunities and projects to develop.
We are interested to hear from you if your project overcomes the challenges presented by the Covid-19 Pandemic. Please get in touch if your organisation is moving forward with innovation and ingenuity to develop new strategies for operating, that may be important to the future of your work and specialism.
For the foreseeable future the Trust will only be making one year grants and will not consider multi-year funding.
We have revised our next deadline to midnight on 14th September 2020. Applications which meet the criteria for the scheme are considered by our Heritage & Crafts Committee. This, in turn, makes recommendations to the Trustees. The Trustees’ decision will be made known as soon as possible after their meeting in early December.
